i would be even more shocked if something this good didn't get an anime. if this ends up being a 13 episode anime im going to hit my head so hard til i lose my memory of the anime. if its a 25-26 episodes i guess thats acceptable. 50+ episode would be awesome which i doubt will happen :(.
I believe that they will make a 13 episode long show and make it the first season. It will probably include the first 3 volumes of the LN and then if the show is popular they will make a season 2. But that's only speculations on my part
